Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want SellOracle to be worth it. This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds. Paid plans are processed by Creem, our merchant of record.

Free tier

The Free tier is, well, free — no card, no charge, nothing to refund. Try the data tools before you ever pay.

Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly and renew automatically. Each renewal grants that month's credit allowance.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then stops renewing — you won't be charged again. We don't automatically prorate or refund the unused part of a month after cancellation.

Refunds

If something isn't right — a billing error, a problem on our end, or the Service didn't work as described — email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. Approved refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method.

Because credits cost us real money to serve (especially live and AI calls), refunds for a billing period where a large share of the credits has already been consumed may be partial or declined — we'll always explain the reason.
